Foxy planning guide

Photo Booth Space Requirements

Before choosing a booth, check the space, access, power and ceiling height at the venue.

Quick size guide

These are practical planning figures, not a substitute for checking venue access. Leave extra room for guests to queue, staff to work and the booth to be set up without blocking a bar, fire exit or dancefloor.

Power and access

Most booth setups need a normal 13A power socket close to the booth position. For hotels and event venues, it is worth checking access routes, lift sizes, stairs, load-in times and whether the booth has to be moved after dinner.

Choose the right route

Check availability or send a corporate brief

Most weddings, parties and standard one-day corporate events can use live availability. Bespoke, branded, multi-day or high-volume events should use the corporate brief form.
