With after the tone, recording messages is a breeze, making it perfect for various occasions, including weddings, birthdays, and baby showers. Our telephones are user-friendly and allow you to capture messages effortlessly, simply speak after the tone!
We’ll setup your phone and provide a sign showing guests how to use the phone, after the event we’ll pickup the phone and gather your messages together. We’ll then reduce the background noise using professional audio editing software before creating audio and video files that you can play back for years to come.

Do we need a phone line or signal?
No, the phone is a standalone unit which records the greetings without the need for a telephone line or mobile phone signal.
Does it require power?
The phone comes with a built in battery and can be plugged directly into mains power at the venue.
Is there a limit on the amount of messages that can be recorded?
Nope, there’s no limit to the amount of messages that can be stored or added to your collation by us.
How do we listen to our messages?
We take care of that for you, once we get the phone back we’ll gather all the messages together and use audio editing software to clean up the audio and remove any background noise, we’ll then make a compilation of all the messages and send these to you in both audio and video format with an audio visualiser.
When and how is it setup?
If booking for the full day we’ll arrange with you to setup before guests arrive and place in an area we think is best.
If booking as an addon at discounted rate it will be setup when we arrive at the venue to setup your other items. This means guests can start using the audio guest book straight away while we’re setting up your photo booth which usually takes 1 hour. The audio guest book will be available to use between 4-5 hours depending on the start and end time of your evening reception.
If booking for a venue outside our setup zone we’ll ensure that your audio guest book is sent out to you at least 2 days before the event date and must be returned shipped back to us the day following the event, service permitting.
Can we leave our own greeting?
Yes, totally. This is a great way to personalise the experience. You can simply make an audio recording on your phone and send the file to us by email, whatsapp or even upload to your booking portal.
