Make sure the booth fits the room properly.
The best booth setup is the one guests can see, reach and use without blocking the bar, dance floor, meal service or venue walkways.
Before the event, it is worth thinking about where the booth will sit, where the nearest socket is, whether there is a sensible route in from the loading area, and how guests will move around it once the room gets busy. A booth hidden in a corner will always get less use than one placed naturally near the evening reception, bar area or main guest flow.
For weddings, the booth usually works best once evening guests arrive and the room has settled. For corporate events, awards nights and Christmas parties, it can also be used as a branded welcome point, a social sharing station or an entertainment feature between speeches, food and dancing.

Backdrop-led styling
The open setup makes the backdrop part of the look. Foxy uses 7.5ft backdrops in a range of sequin, floral, plain, rustic and premium styles.
Practical setup
Compact enough for many venues, but it still needs a proper working area.
The booth itself typically needs around 2.5m², with extra room in front for guests and a queue. It uses a standard 13A power supply and usually takes around 45 minutes to build, position, test and make event-ready.
For the best photographs, the Halo should face its backdrop with enough distance for the camera and lighting to work properly. It should also sit somewhere guests naturally pass rather than being hidden behind a partition or in an empty side room.
