Role and Responsibilities

As a member of our team, your primary responsibility will involve setting up and managing our photo booth(s) at various events across Scotland. Each event will be unique, allowing you to meet new people from diverse backgrounds and even enjoy some event food!

This position is event-based, and the client will always provide specific dates, times, and locations (typically in central Scotland). While you’ll primarily work independently, this job is also suitable for couples.

Your role will entail:

• Collecting the photo booth from ML6 8HP
• Driving to the assigned venue
• Assembling the photo booth (it comes flat-packed and can be set up within 60 minutes)
• Managing the photo booth throughout the hire period (usually 3 – 4 hours), including greeting guests, guiding them on using the booth, encouraging prop swaps for pictures, etc.
• Disassembling the photo booth at the end of the hire and packing it away
• Returning the photo booth to ML6 8HP

Physical fitness is essential as the job requires lifting cases into and out of your vehicle, as well as at the venue. Most events take place during evenings and weekends, and we’ll provide adequate notice. Flexibility in terms of hours is important, as most events require availability between 4 pm and midnight.

For the first few events, you’ll work alongside experienced staff members to learn about the hardware and software of the photo booth(s) until you feel confident working independently. You’ll need to wear casual/smart attire and appropriate shoes for events.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years old or above (for insurance purposes)
• Must possess a full UK driving license and own a car
• Must reside in central Scotland
• Must have fluent English speaking skills
• Must be available to work evenings and most weekends
• Must be capable of lifting without assistance
• Must have excellent attention to detail
• Must be punctual, as good timekeeping is crucial in this role
• No prior experience or qualifications are necessary, as we provide comprehensive paid training

Pay

You’ll receive £100 for a 4 hour hire plus travel outside our 30 mile radius.

Additional hours are compensated at £15.00 per hour. For venues outside the travel zone, a fuel fee is provided. You’ll be reimbursed for parking and congestion charges upon presenting the receipts. Payment is made via bank transfer weekly on Friday.

Perfect attendance and punctuality are crucial, as clients expect timeliness.
